3. Quotations & payment terms

Quotations are valid for the period stated and may change with carrier rates, fuel, currency or regulatory charges. Payment terms are as agreed in writing; services may be withheld pending cleared payment.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate cargo details, correct documentation and lawful goods, and for complying with export and import regulations of origin and destination countries.

5. Liability limitations

Our liability is limited as permitted by applicable law and, where relevant, by the terms of the contracting carriers and standard trading conditions. We are not liable for delays, losses or damage beyond our reasonable control.

6. Insurance

Cargo is not insured unless expressly arranged. We strongly recommend marine cargo insurance; we can help arrange suitable cover on request.

7. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.

8. Shipment disclaimer

Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipments are subject to carrier schedules, customs procedures and factors outside our control.
